Marketing & Entry Sales Associate

Marketing & entry sales associates use their skills and enthusiasm to grow the Alliance Innovations customer base and maintain publicity of the company’s activities and updates. The ideal candidate will encompass perseverance, friendliness, and self-motivation.

Our marketing and entry sales associate has a unique opportunity to work in tandem with a seasoned sales representative in new vehicle equipment. These employees gain valuable experience in our methodology of customer outreach, quoting, estimating, and marketing asset creation. This position allows you to travel out of the office and build confidence and experience for the eventual overtaking of some customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Pursuing potential customers via phone, email, and in person visits.
• Maintaining the company’s monthly website edits and updates.
• Maintaining the company’s social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Linkedin, and Twitter.
• Attending trade conferences as an exhibitor.  
• Canvassing exhibits to meet new clients.

Requirements:

• Preferred bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
• Prior experience in marketing if the candidate doesn’t have a degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to learn all technical aspects of our core competencies with respect to molds, fixtures, and secondary equipment.
• Upbeat personality and excellent communication skills.
• Pre-Employment drug screening.
• Pre-Employment background screening. 

Pay and Benefits:

• $40,000-$50,000 salary
• Health, dental, and vision insurance

Work Environment:

A full-time office position that will require some travel throughout the midwest to visit new clients and existing customers. Alliance Innovations will provide a cell phone, work computer and cover pre-approved work-related travel expenses.
