Responsibilities:

Providing
CAD
files
for
CNC
programming
and
engineering
drawings
for
manual
machining
and
assembly
with
an
emphasis
on
accuracy
and
technicality.

Creating
designs,
detailed
drawings,
raw
materials,
and
bills
of
material
for
purchasing.
-
Creating
3D
displays
of
structures
or
components
through
solid
modeling.
-
Preparing
dimensional
and
assembly
drawings
for
both
internal
and
customer
review.
-
Generating
layout
drawings
from
provided
sketches
and
specifications.
-
Producing
assembly
breakdown
of
installation
accessible
by
other
departments.
-
Serving
as
an
information
source
on
planning
/
design
of
equipment
and
plant
installations.
Requirements:
-
Associate's
degree
or
completion
of
a
technical
trade
school
in
CAD,
drafting
or
related
field.
-
At
least
ten
years
of
related
work
experience
or
any
equivalent
combination
of
experience
and
training
that
provides
the
required
knowledge,
skills
and
abilities.
-
Fluent
in
NX
CAD,
preferably
2
yrs
or
more.
-
Close
vision,
distance
vision,
color
vision,
and
ability
to
adjust
focus.
-
Strong
grasp
on
Microsoft
Office
11
applications.
-
Ability
to
concentrate
at
a
computer
screen
for
extended
periods
of
time.
-
Ability
to
work
independently
with
minimal
guidance
on
operational
and
technical
challenges
while
managing
time
efficiently.

Overall
timely,
concise
communication
skills
through
electronic
and
verbal
communication.

Ability
to
work
in
a
project-based
environment

consecutive
hours
at

computer

may
involve

present.
Off-site
equipment
training
and
customer
meetings
throughout

U.S.
